Our Mission
CutoutCrime exists to help young people, parents, victims, and communities prevent and respond to knife crime. We provide real-world advice, practical resources, and personal guidance from someone who truly understands the dangers because he’s been there.
Why We Exist

We believe that change is possible when people have the right information, the right support, and the courage to take the next step.
Our Story
CutoutCrime was founded by Olatunji, who knows first-hand what it’s like to be caught up in knife crime and the life around it.
As a young person, he made choices that put him and those around him in danger.
But over time, and with the help of others, he found a way out and built a life away from crime.
Today, he uses that lived experience to help others avoid the mistakes he made, support those who have been harmed, and give parents and communities the tools they need to protect the people they care about.
What We Do
1:1 support for parents, carers, and young people (with a responsible adult if under 18)
Guidance for victims & survivors after an incident
Practical resources to spot the signs and have the difficult conversations
Workshops and talks for schools, youth groups, and community organisations
Partnership building with services that can provide specialist help

Where We’re Going
Our goal is to grow into a fully accredited safeguarding service with a team of trained mentors, educators, and youth workers.
Over time, we plan to:
Add DBS-checked team members
Expand our school and community workshops
Create more online resources for parents and young people
Build partnerships with local councils, police, and charities
