1:1 Support

“Talk to Someone Who Gets It”.

Personal Advice from Someone Who’s Been There

Sometimes reading advice isn’t enough; you need to talk to someone who understands what you’re going through.
Our 1:1 sessions give you a safe, respectful space to ask questions, share concerns, and get practical next steps

Who It’s For

  • Parents & carers worried their child may be getting involved in knife crime or risky behaviour.

  • Young people (over 18) who feel pressured, unsafe, or want to make changes.

  • Young people under 18 — only with a parent, carer, or responsible adult present.

  • Victims & survivors of knife crime looking for guidance or signposting.

What We Can Help With

  • Spotting the warning signs early

  • How to start difficult conversations

  • Safer choices and harm reduction

  • How to leave a dangerous situation or group

  • What to do after an incident

  • Connecting with other services that can help

What a Session Looks Like

  • 20-minute guidance call – free (phone or secure video call)

  • Listen to your concerns, no judgment

  • Share practical steps you can take today

  • Suggest resources, contacts, or follow-up support

If you want ongoing sessions, we’ll agree together on how often they happen and any costs involved, no surprises.

Our Boundaries

  • We are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.

  • We do not meet under-18s alone; a parent, carer, or responsible adult must be present.

  • We do not give legal advice, but we can point you towards the right people who can.

  • All conversations are confidential, unless we believe someone is at risk of serious harm.

How to Book

  1. Fill out the booking form on our contact page with your first name (or nickname), a safe contact method, and a brief note about what you want to talk about.

  2. We’ll reply within to confirm a time.

  3. Choose a meeting, phone or video call.

  4. We’ll send you a link or call you at the agreed time.
